For years I’ve expressed my love of beauty through art, photography, and design. But recently, I felt a deeper call—to healing. I’m now a massage therapy student at Oz School of Massage, blending creativity with bodywork, energy, and wellness. My new venture, StarShine, offers heart-centered healing through touch. This year, my family and I traveled to India to celebrate my nephew’s mundan, a sacred first haircut ceremony. Our journey took us from the vibrant streets of Mumbai to the soulful traditions of Gujarat and Kutch, revisiting the place where my son had his mundan years ago. We witnessed rich rituals, felt the warmth of family and community, and experienced a profound moment witnessing a woman’s diksha vow at a Jain temple—leaving me changed and deeply grateful.
