Hi, I’m Robyn!

I’m a massage therapist and holistic wellness practitioner offering calm, intentional bodywork focused on nervous-system regulation, chronic tension relief, and deep restoration. My approach is presence-centered, consent-based, and client-focused, creating a safe and supportive space where the body can slow down, soften, and reset. Each session is thoughtfully tailored, gentle yet effective, and guided by deep listening and respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

Before entering the world of bodywork, I spent many years as a visual artist, photographer, designer, and dancer. These creative disciplines continue to inform my work, shaping how I attune to rhythm, flow, and subtle communication within the body. I approach each session with the same care and curiosity I bring to creative practice—honoring both the physical and energetic layers of healing and allowing space for restoration to unfold naturally.

As my practice continues to evolve, I am in the process of fully branding my work as Starshine Wellness—a name that reflects my intention to support grounding, balance, and inner radiance through rest and compassionate care. Starshine Wellness is a space for those seeking thoughtful, integrative bodywork where healing is not rushed, rest is respected, and the body is gently supported in finding its way back to ease.
